We are very happy to have recently received our new ISO 9001 certificate, after undergoing an independent audit and accreditation checks. At Sysconfig, we continuously aim to increase customer satisfaction through improvement initiatives, service monitoring, surveys, measurement, and feedback – in order to provide the best possible white-label telecoms products for our sector.

ISO 9001 is the gold standard for service excellence across the world, so we are very proud of our team for the effort they’ve all put into achieving and maintaining these consistently high standards over the past years.

WHY ISO 9001 MATTERS

ISO 9001 sets out an internationally recognized framework for quality management. Accredited companies have to put in place a quality management system (QMS) that meets ISO 9001 standards for service delivery, quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
