On the 26th March we implemented a platform wide update to include the following bug fix's and enhancements.
Included in this update release:
- Reports
- Wallboard agent last activity time stamp field added.
- PBX
- Call centre queue park and call back feature improvements.
- API Response to include answered extension details.
- Desk phone DND to show BLF status as busy on the platform
- Fax retention period has been set to 90 days.
- Known bugs/issues/UI fixes
- A number of enhancements to improve system operation and management, with some minor bug fixes.
