Platform Updates - 26th March

 

On the 26th March we implemented a platform wide update to include the following bug fix's and enhancements.

Included in this update release:

  • Reports
    • Wallboard agent last activity time stamp field added.
  • PBX
    • Call centre queue park and call back feature improvements.
    • API Response to include answered extension details.
    • Desk phone DND to show BLF status as busy on the platform
    • Fax retention period has been set to 90 days.
  • Known bugs/issues/UI fixes
    • A number of enhancements to improve system operation and management, with some minor bug fixes.
